I am very grateful for this tea and the name is perfect. I suffer from insomnia, so this tea is great for winding down and silencing those intrusive thoughts from the day. I’ve tried many teas designed for restlessness and insomnia and each one only had 1 of the ingredients listed. This is the first time that I’ve had a blend that has lavender, chamomile, and Valerian root. I did my night time ritual and made a cup and within 20 minutes I was asleep. I don’t remember falling asleep, which is the best. I woke up the next day and I didn’t feel groggy at all. I actually felt rested and I don’t recall getting up at all during the night. I also don’t recall having any weird dreams either as I have with other sleep aids. If you need to mute those thoughts so you can have restful sleep, I highly recommend. Enjoy!
